At Pure Flo Lux, we carefully prepare every order and aim to have your products dispatched as quickly as possible.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Delivery times are in addition to the processing and dispatch period, so please allow for both when estimating when your order will arrive.

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you with an update and explain the available options.

How Are Orders Shipped?

Depending on the size and quantity of your order, destination and shipping method selected, orders may be shipped using Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, USPS or DHL.

Order Tracking

Tracking availability depends on the shipping service selected.

Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be included in your dispatch notification.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

When Will My Order Be Delivered?

Delivery times depend on the delivery service and destination.

Delivery estimates below are after the 3–5 working-day processing and dispatch period.

UK

  • Royal Mail 24: 1–3 working days
  • Royal Mail 48: 2–5 working days
  • Courier: Next working day

Royal Mail 24 aims for next-day delivery, but this is not guaranteed and may take up to 3 working days.

Europe

  • Royal Mail services: 3–5 working days
  • Courier: Delivery time depends on the destination

Rest of the World

  • Royal Mail services: 7–10 working days
  • USPS (USA): 3–5 working days
  • Courier: 5–7 working days

Delivery to a specific date cannot always be guaranteed.

What If My Order Does Not Arrive?

Although rare, parcels can occasionally go missing during delivery.

If your order does not arrive, please first check that the delivery address provided at checkout was correct and, where applicable, check with your local delivery office.

Please contact us at florjoo@yahoo.co.uk if your order has not arrived so that we can investigate.

For orders that may be lost in transit, additional time may be required before a replacement can be arranged.

Do You Ship Worldwide?

We offer international shipping to destinations where delivery is available.

International orders may be shipped using Royal Mail, DPD, USPS or DHL, depending on the shipping method and destination.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
